"I had a pleasant stay at the Waterfront Hotel in Burlington. The location is excellent, right by the lake, with beautiful views and easy access to nearby restaurants and walking trails. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a relaxing experience and I would consider staying here again."
"Clean room although we had to be moved because 1 bed was in terrible shape and we wouldn’t have been able to use it at all. Breakfast staff was very nice but evening reception was not at all and even called around midnight to ask who had reserved the room. Pool was closed which was a reason we had selected this hotel. "
"The hotel and rooms are nicely renovated.and they look very aesthetic ! However there must be pet hair in one of the beds in our room as my child has allergies to pet hair and I had to give Anti Allergy medicine as he was getting symptoms ( luckily it is not anaphylactic)
When I mentioned this at the reception in the morning, the staff was like “ may be some hair was left in bed “ .
