Premier Inn, Hamilton hotels

"Breakfast was fairly good. All of the bacon was undercooked and rather rubbery. The hotel was excellent & newer but the bed, even though it was a king was terrible with little support."

"The hotel is a great location right beside the pier, park and downtown restaurants. The staff was pleasant and the front desk clerk Esteban was very welcoming. A continental style breakfast was included with coffee, juice, various breads, pancakes, sausage, tater tots, and mini omelettes , some fruits and cereal were available. A small seating area was available or you could go outdoors to enjoy the view while you grabbed a quick breakfast to start your day. The lobby and the room were very clean. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel which is convenient. You do have to pay for parking at the hotel. "

"The ice cooler tongs were dirty and should’ve had two bottles of water and one was opened and used. Otherwise the stay was fabulous staff were helpful and quick check in"
