Pleasant place to stay just off autobahn.
A bit out of the way, but very nice. Stairs to rooms a bit problematic; could ask preference for ground or 1st floor rooms. would be nice to have initial coffee/tea items given well set-up kitchen in unit.

Dear "Anonymous", thanks for your feedback and voting! We have only groundfloor and first floor and if we know that somebody have problems with stairs, we pleasent try to get our guest a room on the ground floor!

This property is well taken care of. Clean to the Max. All ameneties in the kitchen. Clean floors and bedding. If I ever come back to Hammoor I would stay here for a longer period of time. The restaurant in the property is excellent.

Hidden Gem
I can highly recommend Landhaus Hammmoor. Great room, excellent restaurant, friendly service, free parking and situated in a village not far from the Hamburg-Lübeck Autobahn.

Great location - good service, but...
Very handy for the motorway system, charming staff, good rooms and an excellent restaurant. But, the in-room wifi coverage was very poor. I book hotel rooms because they have in-room wifi as offered so I can work in the evenings. This hotel's wifi coverage was inadequate so, sorry, despite the other pluses I will not return

Good place close to autobahn
The room was large and modern yet with a cozy feeling. Only negative is that there's no one at the reception. So if you have questions make sure to take them all at once at the check in. Also note that the breakfeast is on the upper floor in the restaurant (we had to look for a while).

Don't arrive late
We did arrive fairly late (after 10pm) but were disappointed that although we rang ahead to inform the hotel, and there was still a member of staff on duty and people drinking in the bar when we arrived, we were refused a drink after a long journey as the bar closed at 10. Also, we were unable to get wireless internet access (as advertised) as the member of staff on duty didn't know the password. Otherwise, clean, quiet and comfortable.

Et hyggeligt hotel med landstemning
Et hyggeligt hotel med landstemning. Venlig og imødekommende personale, og service er fin. Rengøring er god, og hotelet er ældre men stand er ok. Morgenmad foregår på 1. sal over restauranten, og er meget Basic. Der er to lune retter, stiv "scrambled egg" med slasket bacon og hårdkogte æg. Det er ikke godt nok.

Det er ærgerligt, at du ikke skriver, hvad du savner om vores morgenbuffet, og at du finder det "nemt". Vi har pålæg fra landsbyslagteren (8 forskellige typer pålæg og 8 typer ost skiftes dagligt), vi serverer røræg, spejlæg, kogte æg, med bacon, korn, Nutella, honning, 4 syltetøj, diverse juice, brød, rundstykker, rundstykker eller croissanter, Skyr, sojayoghurt, Bicher-musli, frugtsalat, flødeost, kødsalater, koldrøget laks, tomat og mozzarella, kaffe, cappuccino, espresso, latte machiato, varm chokolade, 12 forskellige slags te...osv. …… ……vi beklager, hvis vi ikke var i stand til at opfylde dine behov for morgenmad, men husk at morgenmad kun koster 13,90. Alt det bedste

wir waren hier am 23.06.2023 kann nur sagen weiter so. Wir sind sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen worden alles ganz locker und fast freundschaftlich. Zimmer groß und sehr sehr sauber und hübsch eingerichtet. Frühstück einfach sensationell gut alles was das Herz begehrt. Auch hier ein herzliches sehr freundliches Personal. Unbedingt im Klassenzimmer essen gehen einfach lecker. Wen wir wieder in der Ecke sind kommen wir wieder. Fam. Wünsch

Kann ich sehr Empfehlen, Zimmer sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Personal super freundlich. Check in auch super, Vor allem finde ich es persönlich super klasse wenn man auch Abends noch einchecken kann ( bis 20 Uhr ). Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen !

Very good hotel close to Hamburg and next to A1
Very good hotel close to autobahn A1. We arrived late with ferry to Travemünde and this hotel was within short driving distance. Hotel sent upfront very clear instructions where to find room keys. Room was big and in excellent condition. Unfortunately we forgot to close the window whereupon some traffic noise started to disturb sleep quite early -but that was our own mistake.
