"The hotel room was clean, had basic amenities and lovely music playing when we arrived. I found the pillows to be a little too low/soft, too high with 2 pillows, it was otherwise great. the carpet in the hallway could do with a re pull as it has bumps all over and could be a tripping hazard. This was not the case on other floors so they coud be updating the carpet. "

"The location of the property is perfect and size of the room was great, but it really lacked beyond that especially in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. All of the plates, mugs and glasses were dirty, the phone was hanging off the wall, the walls scuffed with stains on the carpet, the bedroom window did not open and although having a washing machine in the room was a good addition there was no dryer and only a small old rusted clothes horse. I wasn't expecting it to be 5 stars, but surely being clean isn't too much to ask."

"Little bit isolated - hard to get food in the area unless you get in the car . Very comfortable and quite spacious. No pubs nearby. Very close to Kingston Heath !! "

"Accommodation was well positioned close to restaurants, supermarket and beach. On-site parking able to be booked. "

"I loved the location, dining options, comfortable bed, view, complimentary items in the minibar, and the free drink and meal discount at the bistro downstairs. The only downside was the number of stairs to walk up in the accommodation."
