"The room wasn't the cleanest, however, LOCATION - LOCATION - LOCATION! The location couldn't be better. The price was so reasonable to be so centrally located and close to the beach. We had 3 adults to the room and it didn't feel cramped. It's low frills, family friendly and a pool within steps. Everything else is in walking distance, I only got in my car once during our stay because we could walk to everything else. The AC worked great, the beds were comfortable enough and I would definitely come again. Staff was friendly and immediately provided extra towels and toilet paper when asked."

"The surf house was great! The location was great , a 1 minute walk to the beach and the strip !!! Clean rooms and the property was maintained nicely! The pool was very nice and they offered towels for guests! The staff was awesome… friendly and accommodating . Overall was an awesome weekend! Will definitely go back !!"

"This was my second stay here, and I continue to think this place is a hidden gem! It is exceptionally clean, spacious, comfortable, and has everything you need—including great air conditioning, a mini fridge, and microwave. The location is fantastic—literally one block from the beach and close to everything—yet it still feels like you've found a little secret spot that not everyone knows about. What really makes it special, though, is the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and you can tell they genuinely care about their guests. After two great stays, I wouldn't hesitate to come back again. Clean, comfortable, convenient, affordable, and just steps from the beach—what more could you ask for? Highly recommend!"

"We were attending a concert and just needed a place to lay our heads. Maybe a 15min walk to casino ballroom. Also right next to the state park beach so I spent a few hours there before heading home. I would stay again. Just a little problem that the sheet popped off the corner in the middle of the night. Woke up hugging the uncovered mattress 🙁"
