The bed in our room was sunken in on one side where it seems most people sleep. The lighting in the hotel was dim, probably for a vibe but it made it hard to see things. There’s no ice machine and after walking around the city, having ice for cold drinks would be nice. The staff was friendly and the place had a cool ambiance. It was close to the subway so getting around was easy. They do have a water station and two adjoining restaurants, which helped when we didn’t want to figure out where to do for food.

The hotel was amazing and right in the center of all the action. It was so easy to walk anywhere we wanted to go and the room was quiet despite being so close to all the traffic of Times Square. Staff was very friendly and the water pressure in the shower was awesome
