Like most places in Vietnam, maintenance is a bit of an issue. However, breakfast was great and staff were truly helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
Hotel was very close to shops, restaurants, Train Street and the lake.

Nous voulions passer une nuit dans un hôtel du centre-ville, près du Vieux Quartier, et nous avons été très satisfaits de l'établissement, du personnel et de l'emplacement. Le petit-déjeuner était également bon ; seul bémol : le café chaud aurait dû être accompagné de lait chaud, et non froid. C'est un hôtel agréable et propre, et toutes les personnes que nous avons rencontrées étaient très sympathiques.
