호텔 위치나 전반적 직원들의 친절도 및 청결함은 만족스러웠음. 다만 이 호텔의 가장 단점은 그 나라 관광객들이 꽤 옴....가족단위 관광객들도 많음. 그래서 진짜 애들이 뛰어다니고...꽥꽥거리고... 그 나라 관광객들은 특히 문도 쾅쾅 목소리도 크고 최악이었음...ㅠ 호텔의 잘못은 아니지만 서양인들은 다 조용하고 좋은데 중동쪽 가족단위나 그 나라 관광객 가족단위들은 시끄럽고....어쨌든 덕분에 방을 두번이나 바꿈..ㅎ

The hotel was very nice and comfortable, and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Erin, Abby and Lily at the front desk greeted me daily and helped me with plans. The great service of the restaurant staff and the bell boys who opened the door all warmed the heart of this solo traveler.

Like most places in Vietnam, maintenance is a bit of an issue. However, breakfast was great and staff were truly helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Hotel was very close to shops, restaurants, Train Street and the lake.
