The rooms were very clean and cool. If the only thing I could complain about was that the coffee at the breakfast. It was alittle to bitter for my taste other than that great stay. Staff were every helpful and willing to help.

The Five Hotel & Resort Evara was a hidden gem that we found cloes to Hanoi which is just a 30 ride away. We stayed there for 4 nights and the place was super clean, modern, and spacious. The staff were friendly and accommodating as well. The place was also serviced daily. It also had a kitchenette with a full-size fridge, microwave oven as well as a cook top. The only (minor) issue was that there were no cookware, utensils, or plates provided. We didn't have time to cook so it wasn't much of an issue. But the availability of a cooktop felt redundant because there were no other equipment to cook with. Overall, the place was really nice and would definitely boo again if we come back.
