We booked a room with a view of the city but instead got a view of the back of the property. I didn’t like that we were made to move room as well. But overall, the hotel and staffs were GREAT! 👍👍👍
Excellent place to stay in. We had the pleasure of meeting the delightful Vy and Mai who provided such wonderful service. The complimentary history tour was also one of the highlight of our stay!
Very new and modern. The location is perfect, being in the heart of Old Quarter. The staff is friendly and attentive. They decorated our room in celebration of my birthday, which we were very touched with. It was a great stay!
Everything about this hotel was excellent.. location, food, beds, decoration of the rooms, staff where attentive. I couldn’t ask for more from a hotel. You’d be crazy not to stay here, I’ll definitely stay there again.
Everything was good. The staff were fantastic. The breakfast fantastic, and a good restaurant if you don't nt want to go too far. We took a day tour to a village it was very well organised. The location it good for getting to know the old town.

Very comfortable and attractively designed hotel, with good breakfast, although the room was a little small! Well located for exploring Hoan Kiem
