"I stayed at Hotel Melia in Ha Noi for 2 nights in August 2025 during holiday vacation. The check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were very friendly—especially recommended great local restaurants. Our room was spotless, modern.The breakfast buffet was excellent with fresh pastries and good coffee. The location is ideal,short walk to major attractions. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ha Noi"

The employees are very cordial, welcoming us every walk back always with a friendly smile. Clean and pleasant environment, decorated with fresh and beautiful flowers. We feel at home.
