"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the room looked just like in the pictures and we received a very warm welcome by Tommy, the hotel manager.
The location of the hotel is great for exploring the Old Quarter of Hanoi, it’s close to a bus stop to/from the airport and you can reach destinations like the Water Puppet Theater and Hoan Kiem lake by foot."
"This hotel was great! The staff are SO friendly and helpful. They made the stay just wonderful. The breakfast had lots of options and the beds were very comfortable! Would totally stay here again. "
"Typical hotel for leisure travel. Maybe not the correct hotel for business since its located in a rypical leisure area with streetfood. Didnt try the streetfodd, but it smelled great"
"This property is clean and comfortable but the best thing is the staff, they are the most kind and helpful hotel staff, they helped me order cabs, suggested activities and restaurants and were all round a pleasure to talk to. I will definitely be staying here again. "
"Property was well located and very accommodating to our needs. A lil bit dated but very clean and comfortable and a very affordable price for myself and my kids & grandson. Would certainly recommend and will stay there again when in Hanoi. "

"We booked only 1 night at Le Petit Prince hotel & rooftop to explore the city and enjoy the stunning views from the rooftop bar. It was a perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. The staff were incredibly friendly, making our short stay even more memorable. We can't wait to come back and explore more of what the city has to offer! Next time, we plan to extend our stay and visit some local markets and museums nearby. The city's vibrant culture and delicious cuisine deserve more time to be fully appreciated. I highly recommend Le Petit Prince for anyone looking for a cozy and convenient base!"
"The staff went out of their way to be helpful in arranging tours, transportation and recommendations of places to eat (all were excellent). Would highly recommend this as a place to stay when visiting Hanoi!"
"The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to many things, our room was beautiful large and spacious. The staff were amazing, very helpful and welcoming. They were kind enough to store our luggage while we went up to Halong Bay for our overnight cruise so we didn’t have to take everything with us. Highly recommended this hotel and would stay there again. "
"We booked the Lotus Boutique Hotel for three nights initially at the start of our Vietnam
family holiday. Travelling with a group of seven including a toddler of 21 months, two
rooms here were ideal.
The hotel organised an airport transfer for is at a very reasonable price. Jennie, the
manager could not be more accommodating, organising a street food tour which I highly recommend. She also organised our train tickets together with a cruise on Halong Bay.
We also had laundry done at a very reasonable price.
As far as value for money is concerned, we received outstanding value for money.
The breakfast was good, the wifi was very good.I highly recommend the Lotus Boutique
Hotel and would definitely return here if staying in Hanoi again. The location is
outstanding."
"Amazing hotel with a very loving staff who made us feel right at home. The rooftop bar was probably the coolest spot in all of Hanoi and drinks were cheap (around $5-6) considering the high luxury of the place. They have happy hour everyday. The room was quiet and cozy. A/C worked well. They have free to use umbrellas for the guests. The breakfast was absolutely amazing each morning (it's more like a brunch!). Walkable to anywhere with many restaurants and shopping nearby. Accessible by Grab. "
"Great staff, good location. Do Not book Privare Transfer to Mu Cang Chai. Driver was ill prepared got a flat tire and dis not have a spare. This meant having to pay for a Hotel and mine and his food at MY COST. Due to Typhoon, ended up having to stay 2 nights, only 34 kms from my destination. Also had to pay for a motor taxi at MY COST from Hotel to Mu Cang Chai. I am expecting a reimbursement. Driver is to immature to be employed for Client Service."
