"All the Staffs are very helpful and kind. They helped me to make reservation at restaurants, quickly switched me to another room when the electricity of my original room went down, and also took me to the nearest bank ATM (which is just a bloch away from the hotel but you wouldn't know if you're not familiar with the area).
