"We had a wonderful stay at Champton Hanoi Hotel — the location in the heart of the Old Quarter was perfect for walking to Hoan Kiem Lake, Train Street and local food spots, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and made check-in and check-out smooth. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and we especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with lots of fresh options. The rooftop pool and bar with city views was a great bonus after a day of exploring. Overall it felt like excellent value for the quality, service, and amenities — highly recommend for anyone visiting Hanoi!"

"Our visit to La Nueva was wonderful. We were greeted by the staff as we arrived using the shuttle. Thank you to Jimmy and Jenny for organizing our airport pick-up and making recommendations during our stay. The room was clean and everyone was very welcoming and friendly.
