"This is a little gem in Hanoi. It is tucked inside an alley but don't let that get in the way of thinking that any standards were compromised. The location is superb - about 15 min to Old Quarter and there is great shopping nearby. It is also close to a few major embassies, so it is safe and walkable, even late at night. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet at night. The hosts are wonderful and will go out of their way to help you. Amazing value for money!!!"

"Super Clean and Helpful staff! Rooms are clean and well maintained. Great Wi-Fi connectivity with soundproof windows. They had all the amenities working as mentioned on here. Quick to respond staff! I really like the positive attitude of the staff! They are eager to help! Highly recommend staying here! Location is close to several cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. Honestly, it has been the best place I have lived in Hanoi! Nothing bad to talk about them."

If there is any room for improvement i would suggest a roof garden or pool along with information about the area would have been a great addition to the experience."

"This property comes with no amenties, or even hand soap. The property is rather worn but the main issue is small ants on every surface. There were over 100 tiny ants in the bed. They got in my hair, my computer, my suitcase. Ants everywhere. I had to shift to a different hotel because there was no way to keep the ants out of my computer or bed. Expedia was NOT helpful in resolving this. "

"Location is good, but that’s really the only good thing about this unit for me. There were tiny ants throughout the kitchen area since the day we arrived and they just keep coming back. Overall the unit is not clean and that is a major concern in my opinion. "

"Property is good for what you pay. Big rooms and easy walk to get around. I enjoyed it as it was away from the busy side of Hanoi. It was in walking distance to many places. Recreation building looked a bit sad but I doubt anyone used the facility. Not a bad stay if you’re only looking for a place to lay your head after a busy day exploring "

"Easy check in and very friendly staff. The hotel rooms are quite dated and need upgrading, however everything was clean and tidy. There are lot's od restaurants within walking distance and it has a mini mart attached aswell as an ATM."
