Location was close to all major tourist attractions but also super loud, sleep quality was poor.
Accommodation is dated and but had WiFi, Smart TV etc. Shower upstairs but toilet downstairs so would not recommend for elderly guests.
Owner was friendly. Wouldn't stay here again but location is very good.

Property is very close to Old Town, Hanoi.
Easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants and local attractions. The apartment was bright, and had two huge outdoor balcony/terraces. It was very clean comfortable and had a nice, open kitchen.
It was very easy to book the suite through the property manager, and she was available, and I was able to contact if there was any problems . Access was through a small coffee shop to an elevator directly to the suite. I would definitely stay again when I’m in Hanoi.

Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
The location was good though the space is in need of maintenance and deep cleaning. It does not look as welcoming as the photos… The drapes are torn and in poor shape, a large hole in the wall needs fixing, there were thread bare towels and not enough of them (no hand or face towels), less than minimal amenities (no tea, paper towel, no shower soap or hair wash and only one small roll of toilet paper). For a “hotel” these things are unacceptable. Thankfully the bed was very comfortable so we slept well and found a store to sort out some of the other frustrations. There is potential here but the work needs to be put in to improve the overall experience.
