"My family recently stayed at this place, a newly opened hotel, and everything still feels fresh and clean. We booked a family apartment, which was spacious, bright, and very comfortable. The interior design is modern, and the beds are great. Breakfast was good, not a huge selection yet, but the food was fresh. Since the hotel is still new, there are a few small things to improve, for example, the elevator was a bit slow. But overall, these are minor issues and didn’t affect our stay...

"We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights total. Excellent services- 10/10 for Chloe (Huyền). She greeted and took care of all our needs. Always provide service with a smile. Location is quite near most the points of interest in the Old Quarters (within walking distance). Clean room with white towels. All the amenities are up to date and work flawlessly. Thanks for everything especially accommodating with the discrepancy with the booking about the breakfast. I would definitely Stay here...

"All though this is a brand new hotel and it wasn’t 100% finished - it did not disappoint at all! All the staff were super helpful and service oriented, and open about it being newly built. They did their absolute best to accommodate, and I’d definitely stay here again if I ever go back to Hanoi. "
