"We stayed 2 nights at Hanoi Indochine Premium Hotel after touring North and halong for almost a week. The hotel is very charming, with a touch of authentic Vietnamese style but also modern and full of comfort. As soon as you arrive the staff is very friendly and helpful and they helped us throughout the whole stay provided transportation,tours the airport drop off were smooth and very pleasant. The check in was easy and we were welcomed with biscuit and cool towels. The rooms (our Suite had balcony) were well luxurious with nice amenities.breakfast was good and included The location are very convinient to walking,it near coffee shop and restaurants and near the lake. Thank you for all staffs, especially is Mia and Celina!!! "

"Room was great. Staff were extremely accommodating. I booked the room minutes before arriving because the hotel prior catfished me and they were so helpful when I arrived extremely frantic. "My girlfriend and I stayed for 2 nights at this lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Hanoi. The biggest stand out of this hotel was the staff. They are so warm, friendly and accomodating and really looked after us. It was my birthday over the time we stayed and they organised a cake and decorations in our room and really went above and beyond. The location is fantastic, right round the corner from the Hoan Kiem lake, plenty of restaurants, spas, shops. The breakfast was good value for money, the room was spacious and again the staff accomodation all our needs whether providing extra pillows or arranging an airport drop off. Thank you so much for our stay! "

"This was our first hotel we stayed in during our Vietnam trip. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating and nice - they felt like family. We loved the location - close to Hoan Kiem Lake and on a street where we felt like locals. Loved the chairs and table on the porch where you could sit and watch the street life (we are 6 in our family so great for when we waited for someone to get ready). The small rooftop has a great view of the lake. Just a heads up about Vietnam - you never flush toilet paper - and you pay for your hotel room upon arrival - not when you check out. If you want a real Hanoi experience with an incredible friendly hotel staff- pick this hotel. The rooms vary - we had a smaller room with not a street view - made it a bit dark but at the same time quiet. "

"The staff were fantastic, breakfast was excellent, and having an in-hotel spa is a nice touch. If you like firm beds, it’s perfect! Not all rooms have a standing shower - some have smallish clawfoot tubs. This was a safety concern for my elderly parents, but fortunately the staff was able to put them into a shower room instead. "
