This is the best hotel I have ever lived. They provided very nice services, polite, helpful and their room is big, clean, beautiful with a lot of useful items like kitchen and washing machine. The price of the hotel also is excellent.

A very nice hotel to stay in and conveniently explore Hanoi, especially the West Lake area. Other attractions nearby or even the Old Town (Phố Cổ) are within walkable distances or just a short ride. I especially appreciated the attentive and courteous service.

Stayed for 4 nights. The property and the unit i booked looked exactly like pictures advertised. Reception staff spoke English and were helpful. Grocery shopping and cafes dotted around. Good neighborhood and walkable to attractions although we used the app Grab a lot. Room was neat, spacious, modern, and came with all the amenities we needed. Each unit has its own wifi. Will definitely recommend and stay again.

Great property, plenty of room. Only issue we had was there was a cafe/restaurant outside blasting music until late. The bedroom in the back was fine with the noise but in the front bedroom it was loud. There is some really cute cafes close by which is nice. Apart from the music that stopped at about midnight it was fantastic.

Cozy apartment-style hotel. Friendly staff & clean room. Great for long stays. Room is equipped with a microwave, stove, and washer machine. However, you have to hang dry your clothes. AC blows cold & free Netflix.Lots of cafes nearby for morning coffee. About 20 minutes to the center. Overall, we enjoyed our stay despite not having a view (no window/balcony) since we booked standard.

Tremendous value. Friendly staff. 10/10 Would I stay here again? Absolutely If there are any issues the staff will do its best to resolve it. Only negative thing I can say is the dog next door has a bad attitude.

Nice room, wonderful service, but a bit far.

The room has big space with kitchen, living room and bedroom. The washing machine has no function for dry, it will be wet and dripping when you want to take them out! Here is not the old town section, so it takes 15-20mins to the old town. But the lake is nearby. Lovely walk.

My partner and I booked this accommodation for 1 week in Hanoi. We felt at home whilst being away, and that is thanks to VNAHome Hotels. 1. The location is walking distance to Ho Tay. It has plenty of coffee shops around, which we ended up spending most of our time for breakfast or post-dinner. 2. Staff was friendly and reliable. There was always 2 staff at the reception and they would help with our queries rapidly. They speak fluent english and would keep in touch with you via Whatsapps. 3. The appartment was so spacious, and well furnished. The laundry machine was available too, so we could have clean clothes every day. The few downsides were that the a. walls were a tad thin, so you could hear your neighbours sometimes. Not a huge deal to be honest, as we still fell asleep really well; b. the air con started to smell a bit unusual after awhile! But overall, I'd still recommend this place for value for money and location. Thank you for taking care of us!

Excellent place to stay in a city. The room was spacious and clean. The AC made the heat of the day seem like a half forgotten memory. Not to mention the staff, always friendly, with big smiles, and happy to accommodate any reasonable request you may ask them. 10/10 would stay again. This is a good one.
