"The hotel was a welcome break from the busy, hustling streets of the old quarters. We walked in and our bags were quickly whisked in by the doormen while the reception lead, Viet, greeted us, while offering us some wonderful, cold tea and snacks while we waited. Our experience there was fantastic, from each person we met who worked there, to the offer of a free upgraded room due to availability, to the nice pool we used on the top floor, and the breakfast stand below. I highly recommend the Solis hotel!"

"My family stayed here for 4 nights and had an amazing experience. From the moment we pulled up to the hotel, everything has been fantastic. We were greeted with a welcome drink and our luggage was taken care of. The hotel has a 5 star feeling. The entire staff was so kind, warm, and helpful. The spa was great - I went there twice! Breakfast was a good assortment. The location was great - walking distance to everything in Old Quarter. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi."
