"Absolute Hidden Gem – Amazing Service in the Heart of Nature! Our stay at the Tràng An in Ninh Bình was nothing short of magical. The property is a luscious and stunning retreat that feels like a completely different world. We stayed in their cosy wooden lodges, which are simplistic yet beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and completely surrounded by vibrant greenery and the delightful company of neighbouring goats! What truly sets this place apart, however, is the team. The staff were wonderful and worked tirelessly during our stay. We happened to arrive in the immediate aftermath of a severe flood, which had temporarily affected the retreat's lighting and left several areas flooded. Even though this was entirely caused by natural forces and absolutely no fault of their own, the staff were incredibly apologetic. They worked day and night to rectify the situation, restore everything to perfection, and ensure we were comfortable. Their dedication and warmth were deeply moving. I would highly recommend this retreat for couples or friends looking to step away from the busy city streets and truly enjoy the spectacular natural beauty northern Vietnam has to offer"

"What a fabulous hotel, great staff, and fantastic customer service. We were greeted with an on time pick up a the airport, early check- in, and a welcome drink when we arrived. Our little cottage style room was very cute and spacious. Bikes were offered for free and getting around was easy. Booking transport ahead of our travels was easy, they came back to us promptly. Laundry service was great, and so was the breakfast. I loved how attentive the staff were when we came back for a quick pit stop, they immediately came around with a drink and a fruit platter. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!"
