We had a free upgrade to a classic double room. The city view was a nice view, clean and comfortable room. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. Overall, a great experience that we would definitely recommend. Le Petit prince hotel & rooftop bar have a very good promotion us to eat and drink at their rooftop. The rooftop offered stunning city views, perfect for relaxing evenings. The hotel's central location made it easy to visit nearby attractions, enhancing our overall travel experience. Highly recommended for those seeking comfort and convenience in the heart of the city. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness and modern amenities contributed to a pleasant stay. We appreciated the helpful concierge who provided excellent local tips. This hotel truly offers great value for travelers looking to experience the city's charm. We'll definitely choose it again on our next visit.

The friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff were amazing in all areas of this lovely boutique hotel. Friendly faces at every turn. Room was spacious and comfortable, with quality amenities. Location is excellent in the Old Quarter but a quieter area. But the gem is the rooftop infinity pool and bar with amazing views over Hoan Kiem Lake. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Gym was well equipped and the Spa massage was wonderful. We hope we can return to experience the wonderful service again.

Even though there was a problem with the dates we booked aligning with their schedule, Catherine Cruises went above and beyond to ensure we were on an equally luxurious cruise ship with another company to suit our schedule. And rather than just handing us over to another company, they proactively managed the whole thing with amazing communications and care levels. This demonstrates an exceptional level of commitment to customer service - even when we're not even on their boat! We hope to revisit them and experience their service on their own boat soon! Defo a big thumbs up to this company.
