Nice hotel walking distance to the airport, the hotel staffs are friendly and helpful, I left something in the hotel, and they offer to delivery the package to my address, thumbs up! The only disappointment is due to the subway construction, so have to route a big round between hotel and aiport.

Great location, rooms an staff, bar and restaurant were not up to the standards of the rest of the hotel. Shuttle was on time and drivers helpful and courteous. We'd stay again.

Are you really listening?
Instead of running Guest Services from the blind.. thinking because you work hard you must be working well, your staff (and your guests) would be much better serviced if you sat with repeat customers to understand Guest Service. Management might even learn how to profit or generate better revenue from such visits. Surprise! Your guest feedback will greatly improve too. Leaving standard management replies to guest comments, and changing nothing leads to further dissatisfaction.

Not Convenced they Know what to Do.
Called 2x from airport for shuttle. 2x they hung up on me. Asked about this and got no logical answer. Booked a room with a "Double Bed" received room with two twin beds. Asked about this, after showing my reservation, again received no logical answer from duty manager. They need to recognize their repeat customers, especially those who pay the full rack rate. They need to be able to offer solutions and compensate guests when they receive inconveniences.

Third Time was Better
Upgraded to Executive Suite on Hotels website. Better Room, Quiet and found Excellent Sichuan Restaurant on top floor. Check In / Out needs to be Streamlined for Better Customer Service. Nice View of Airport Operations.

Comfortable stay, so close to airport
I stayed for one night and had a comfortable stay. The most disappointing thing was not being able to reach the hotel to organise a transfer from the airport. The email address on their website kept bouncing back after trying multiple times and when I called on a number of occasions no one picked up the phone (I cannot confirm that this wasn't an issue from my end though). The room was nice and breakfast decent. Given how close the hotel is to the airport it was was very quite from aircraft noise, however there was a bit of road traffic noise. Customer service was ok but overall hard to judge when there are language barriers/ english is not great.

Good airport hotel.
Great for the one night I was staying there so I could catch and early morning flight. Very basic breakfast, not really western breakfast except cornflakes. Very helpful in the reception and good english too. No noise in the room from the airport next door.

Convinient hotel for short stay
It is very close to Hangzhou airport, with free shuttle bus run every 15 minutes, a good stop after my flight and the next stage of travel. The room is reasonably quiet although one still can hear airport noice. The self-service breakfast included limited western food selections and almost no service.

Fine hotel close to airport
I only needed a place to stay overnight as I was flying out in the morning. I picked this due to my expected late arrival and relatively early departure. The website said it offered a shuttle which was also a plus. Before I arrived I searched their website to find an email address that I could try to communicate regarding the shuttle but never found an email address for the hotel. There was a phone number, but I didn't have international service. On arrival. I did not find any information desk that could help me. I never did find the shuttle so simply took a taxi. None of them wanted to take me because it was so close. Eventually one did and I gave him extra money for his time of having waited in the taxi line and getting such a very short taxi fare. At that point, I was just happy to be at the hotel and get a bed. Hotel staff was fine, not overly friendly. The room was nice. Some English TV on demand. I did not check any regular channels. My room came with breakfast which was a nice buffet. The shuttle back to the hotel was no problem, but I did look closely at it. It did not appear to have any English on the side with the name of the hotel so I likely wouldn't have found it anyway at the airport. Overall, this hotel and room are fine for anyone in need of close proximity to the airport.

Poor airport hotel - not for foreign travellers
I booked this hotel because it is closest to Hangzhou (HGH) Airport. When I arrived at HGH in the evening, I could not find the shuttle to the hotel. So, I called the shuttle service. I had waited for more than 20 minutes and nothing happened. I decided to take the taxi. Then, taxi driver refused to take me to the hotel. Fortunately I got the traffic control to force the taxi driver to take me. Then, taxi driver just dropped me off 50 meters away from the hotel. All this was done in Chinese – I am a fluent Chinese speaker. When I finally arrived at the hotel, front desk said the room was not cleaned yet. So, I had to wait in the lobby for another 20 minutes. Room was clean and cleaning lady was nice. She even gave me some treats :-)… What a nice lady! The only person in the hotel knew how to treat a customer. Later, when I tried to enjoy the quietness of the night, I started hearing the honks from the street. I could not believe why so many car drivers had to honk so long... Although cleaning lady was very nice to me, I could not consciously recommend this hotel to any business travelers. I know I won't stay in this hotel anymore...

The room is non-smoking but when I got in, I can smell the lingering cigarette smell, especially in bed and sheets. The power outlets do not work. The general conditions of the facility are not good considering how much they charged for the room.

Checking in was very slow. They didn't care that i was waiting for 20 minutes. Lobby entrance looked shabby with stuff on the floor, etc. not well presented. Food was very much catered towards Chinese guests rather than western.

Very close to Hangzhou Airport
Good experience overall, but I wasn't there long. I was with my 3 young boys overnight before a early flight. Free airport shuttle was nice. I would equate my experience and cleanliness and comfort similar to that of a nice holiday inn express in the states.

Did not Honor booking getting money back impossibl
They did NOT HONOR the HOTELS.COM booking. Its now 3 weeks and I am trying to get a refund as they forced me to pay for a night (higher price) even though I showed them the HOTELS receipt. HOTELS.COM is also slack in getting this refund. I have sent HOTELS.COM numerous emails, repeated copies of invoice and its "we will get back to you in 72 hours"

Regardless of proximity to airport don't stay here
Late check-in around 1am in the morning, check in was terrible, the GRO didn't care about anything. I ended up with a wrong room - not the one I booked, and upon calling down to try and sort it out, they couldn't - they said there were no rooms left, again they didn't care. The lobby is also very dimly lit and not welcoming. The bathroom and shower facility in the rooms are very old. The kettle in my room was full of water and automatically on, this is no safe at all and I got burnt by accident trying to move the kettle to plug in my laptop. The airport is extremely close to this hotel but in future I would prefer to stay further away.

Dark and a little spooky
Arrived there late as I was flying early out of Hangzhou airport. Some hotels here have a reluctance to behave like they are happy to have you as a guest. This hotel is no exception. They spoke english which was great. Check-in and out in many Chinese hotels is a "process". This one took about 20 minutes to check in. The lobby is new and the hotel looks clean but there is little lighting. I stayed on the 8th floor and the hallway was almost pitch dark. Had I been a woman travelling alone, it would not have felt safe. Room was a little noisy with airplanes all night but clean and nice overall. Next morning check out took about 20 minutes as well. They do have a shuttle every 15 minutes starting at 6am.

Service (reception & concierge) DO NOT smile. Service at Hong Kong restaurant was slow (although the inexperienced staff try very hard but they do not seem to have a good working system), restaurant was very dirty (floor, table, utensils), food so-so only.

The front desk was bad as they didn't even raise their heads until you speak and it took a while to check in at midnight. I've booked a superior room for over sgd 140 per night and requested non-smoking. But the room smelled really strong. The front desk said all superior rooms are standard rooms and there is no non-smoking standard room; they could ask someone to come to do "smoke-free treatment", and refused to tell you what the treatment involves.
