The hotel was nice and clean. Good 4 star standard. Rooms are not very big but good enough for a couple. The main advantage is the location - in the middle of Hanoi old town and just a few minutes walk from all the main attractions night market, lantern street, train street, Hoan kiem lake. Super nice ladies in the reception. Molly and Daisy were very helpful. Thank you Team for making our Hanoi experience even better.

The location of this hotel is very central which close to many nice destinations. Hotel staff are very warm and kind to every customer and our family. The breakfast is great and a lot of choices. Awesome reception, wonderfully comfortable room. Great bed and all amenities available. Close to lake and night market. Highly recommend. Room very clean. Breakfasts were delicious and offered a great variety of choices.

We had a warm welcome by the front desk staff especially Molly who was so attentive and wonderful during our stay there. Prior to arriving in Vietnam, we were in contact with Tommy who helped us with booking a package tour to Halong Bay as well. He was prompt, patient and wonderful to liaise with. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was also yummy. The hotel is very well located as well. The beauty of this hotel is the staff members who really make you feel at home (especially Molly).

We arrived to the hotel late in the evening, The staff were all extremely friendly, helpful and informative. Andrew took care of everything for us! He helped us with all the travel arrangements for Ninh Binh, walked us to the ATM and helped us find what to do in the area. The hotel also freely upgraded us to a family room which was really nice. Breakfast was great and location fantastic! Highly recommended!

We stayed in Hanoian central Hotel and its the very best service hotel we have experienced!!! The location is great, the breakfast buffet is awesome and the whole staff are very warm and helpful specially Andrew, Molly and Daisy and the 2 doormen who opens the door with a smile but we forgot to get their names...This is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED hotel...our stay in Hanoi was made unforgettable by this hotel!! Kudos to all staff and management !!

Greeted with smiles from the polite and friendly staff, who went the extra mile for me (even helping me with my bags and with translation on the taxi to the airport)! Thoroughly impressed by them all! Thank you so much!! Pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful welcome gift of pretty carved fruits, the room (had an upgrade to a deluxe room, a pity cause it was just one of me!!) was sizeable and clean, and the morning breakfast buffet had a lovely spread. Definitely be back if I were visiting Hanoi again. Keep up the good work.

I stay several nights in Hanoian central hotel it was a really good experience of staying in Hanoi. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location in the centre and close to the night market, lantern street, the lake. The room was upgrade by friendly staff – Molly which was spacious & well designed. The breakfast was excellent, wide of selection, they aslo have Spa room is very convenient on 1st floor. I’d chose this hotel next time if I got chance to travel in Hanoi again.

This hotel was perfect for our visit to Hanoi. The staff at the hotel is warm, welcoming and very helpful with everything you need. The rooms are very comfortable. The location is great. We were able to walk to everything and it was really close to go out at night and enjoy a walk around the night market, lake! Would definitely stay here if we ever make it back to Hanoi again!!

The room was nice and clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. They changed US dollars for us. There is a fair amount of traffic in this area, but it is of course less at night and the rooms are quiet.The breakfasts were good with fresh fruit and pancakes and omplets an option (also free). The location is in the old quarter, close to the lake and market areas.We enjoyed our stay there.

I was staying here for a couple of days. Every one was so lovely and kind. Thank you Andrew and Tiffany. You made our trip unforgettable. We couldn’t had so much fun and experience without you guys. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfsat was perfect with plenty of choice. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to go back here next time.

The location was excellent- a short walk to the market and the lake...which anchors the old quarter. The hotel rooms are comfortable, and very clean. The breakfast buffet was some of the best food we'd eaten. It has a boutique style vibe but also very down to earth. The hotel is also part of a budding network of hotels and restaurants that will refill anyone's water bottle for free. We loved this place...but the outstanding service from every staff member we met...informative, friendly and smart...that is why we will return and would encourage anyone to visit.

I’ve stayed here three times in the last month and cannot find fault. The location is ideal being a five minute walk to the night market, lake and central to the old French quarter. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the housekeeping ladies are very thorough. The front desk staff are so helpful and can arrange anything for you. Nothing is too much trouble for them. If I could give six star rating I would. A massive thank you to Andrew, Daisy, Princess Tiffany and Molly for all their help in making my stay stay as comfortable as possible...

I travel frequently, and rarely write reviews but the reason I chose to stay at Hanoian Central Hotel was because of their outstanding reviews. From the moment I made my reservation Molly was nothing but accommodating and the entire staff and I were friends by the end of my stay.

This is a lovely hotel conveniently located for the Old Quarter and near the night market and Hoan Kiem lake. We stayed several days and the staff, particularly Molly, Daisy, Andrew and Tiffany made us very welcome We had a large top floor room with a view over the city, with the bonus of a covered balcony. The room was clean and large with a comfortable bed and a sofa bed. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choice and you could order freshly cooked eggs. We used the travel service to book an overnight trip to Sapa. It was worth paying a little extra to book through the hotel as the staff happily rearranged the dates as one of us was not feeling well on the original dates.We also used the laundry service which was efficient and reasonably priced.Overall it was a lovely place to stay and all the staff were happy, polite and obliging. We will definitely stay here again.

The Hanoian Central Hotel is a very good hotel, with comfortable big beds and rooms. Their breakfast is fantastic. Pancakes were fluffy and tasty, omelets were very good. Creme Caramel was very tasty and overall breakfast was very enjoyable. Hotel Staff were very good and helpful.

You will not find friendlier, more helpful staff at a hotel. We were treated like family, the ones you love, not hate. Tiffany and Daisy (their American names) were especially helpful. But the entire staff was also wonderful. Very nice room on top floor, location is perfect. We enjoy breakfast very much with plenty of choice. The Hot stone massage was perfect after long trip from Sapa with us. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had been recommended to us by a fellow traveller for its outstanding customer service and we were not disappointed. The room was extremely clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious with a large choice. A very convenient location near the night market & Hoàn Kiếm lake. The stand out was the welcome from staff from the porters to the receptionists to the servers and cleaners. Thank you very much for two wonderful stays.

We’ve just started our Vietnam holiday in this cozy hotel in old town Hanoi and have felt more than warmly welcomed. The stuff is very friendly and helpful with any question and even organized a spontaneous city tour upon our arrival. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the breakfast is diverse (vietnamese but also continental; eggs, pancakes, cheese etc.) and very good. Spa room & Lan was amazing, we really enjoy Aroma therapy.We would definitely recommend to stay here during a stay in Hanoi!

The Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa was an amazing stay for our time in Hanoi & I would highly recommend it! A very short walk down the road and you’re in the old quarter, lantern street, the night markets and much more. You’re also not far from the Hoan Kiem lake, cathedral and train street. The staff were the best part of the experience - we’ve never met a more accomodating and capable crew of staff ever. They were always willing to go well out of the way for you and take the time and care to help out your experience. We also got both of our rooms upgraded, which was a nice bonus too.

My fiance and I spent several nights at Hanoian Central Hotel and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel accommodations were great (clean room, nice amenities, great breakfast buffet) but what really stood out to us was the staff and level of service. Everyone there was more than helpful and especially Molly, Daisy, and Andrew offered top notch attention to ensure we knew how best to navigate Hanoi with ease. They helped to coordinate many transports (local taxis and even booked our overnight train tickets to Hue). There are many hotels to choose from in Hanoi and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hanoian Central Hotel to anyone searching for a safe, centrally located location to stay.

Hotel was near the main areas by foot, under 10mins walk typically. So it was convenient yet not overcrowded by footfall Staffs were very friendly and helpful - helped to contact our transport operator to confirm the pickup as they were not responding to us. Best front desk staff in any hotel I’ve been to. The front desk team is helpful, efficient, and accommodating. Very impressed with the front desk staff’s helpfulness. Excellent location where you can walk to Hoàn Kiếm Lake and the night market (closed to cars on weekends), and many areas in the Old Quarter. Breakfast is another strong point with a huge variety including western breakfast items, the best beef noodle soup, lots of fruits etc. You can also custom order what you want. The breakfast chef and servers are really good and helpful.Room was comfortable & well facilities. I definitely come back this hotel next time in Hanoi.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hanoian Central Hotel! Andrew, Daisy, Tiffany, Molly and another wonderful man were so very friendly and helpful at the front desk. Any transportation, and tours we wanted were offered to us and arranged for us at good prices. They were so good to communicate all of that information to us and keep us informed. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the breakfast was great with many options. Would recommend!

Given the price point this has to be 5/5. Unparalleled location close by walking to most places of interest including Hoan kiem lake, night market, cathedral, rail way. Plenty of good food around. Rooms are comfortable with nice bathrooms. Balcony is delightful if u book the suite. Breakfast is perfect with variety choice.But above all, the wonderful team of service staff there led by Molly is why this property deserves a 5/5. Always warm and responsive, and always trying to meet your requests where they can. Highly recommended.

A lovely hotel with very helpful staff. Great location near the night market, Hoan kiem lake in centre. Staff are English speaking and go the extra mile to help. Organised a trip to Halong bay with the in house tour Tommy got a great deal . They organised pick up from airport. Breakfast have excellent selection. Spa room aslo was excellent should try body massage with hot stone & foot massage.

Neat and clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Great housekeeping services. The breakfast is also good. They also have tour operating facility. Tommy did a great job by arranging a tour for me to Sapa (2D1N). Airport pickup and drop off were also handled cleanly. The check-in and check-out processes were lightning fast. Kudos to the entire hotel staff. Moreover the hotel is situated in a good area, where a tourist can roam around freely.

Very helpful staff. We loved stay in this place. The staff accommodated our luggage for a day when we went for an expedition. You can cover a lot of shopping places from here by walk. The lake is close by and you can visit there in night. Must keep this as an option.

We had seperate stays here and our luggage was looked after between trips to other places. We forgot a piece of luggage one trip away and they held that for us till we arrived back. On our final night the reception staff made sure we were able to depart rested and ready. Thank you team .

Very friendly and helpful staff. Didn't have an adapter and the staff helpfully provided. Great location. Within walking distance to most of the attractions. Good breakfast also - staff will make noodles fresh for the guest individually.

The team at Hanoian central Hotel and spa were friendly and helpful, they helped organised water puppet tickets for us with great seats, and gave us some helpful tips on where to go sightseeing. Breakfast was sensational with good mixture of different cuisine. Spa treatment is very relaxing. Location was great. We would stay here again. The hotel is extremely close to the city centre and the rooms are clean, comfortable and quite large. The breakfast is rich and the staff is very kind. They helped us to contact our tour guide and they proposed to prepare a take away breakfast when we told them we needed to leave very early. Also we take advantage of the laundry service and it was not only cheap, but also very professional. This is really one of the best places where you could stay for your trip in Hanoi.
