The Acoustic Hotel & Spa was amazing. We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and the staff was wonderful. They greeted us at the front door and helped with our luggage. When we checked in they brought us drinks and fresh fruit in the lobby. We had a couples spa package that was so relaxing! The front desk staff greeted us and wished us well every time we left and returned to the property. The rooms were spacious and house keeping kept everything nicely maintained and provided complementary waters, wine, and fruit. Absolutely recommend for anyone visiting Hanoi.

Second stay after a short break to Ha Long Bay.
Excellent stay as before. I am unable to name everyone but all the staff from bell boy to house keeping were extremely obliging. Always acknowledged our presence with greetings and smiles which we reciprocated.
What stands out is the care they took of us. This time special mention to Eileen on check out who made sure we were safely picked up by our Grab driver to the airport, and thanks for the parting gift.
This hotel may not be the cheapest in town but you get what you pay for and the location was excellent for a tourist and more so for a first time visitor to Hanoi like we were.

Super Candle locates in a very busy street; however the hotel is fairly quiet. We appreciate how helpful the staff were to a bunch of elderly traveling through Hanoi. They were so kind and very attentive to our needs. The breakfast buffet foods quality and variety were not consistent- some day the food were great & fresh, other days it was not so abundant and lack luster. Overall, we had a great time at Super Candle hotel and would recommend it to our friends who are traveling through Hanoi.

A gem hotel inside the winding roads of old Hanoi. Located conveniently to so many attractions but still ensuring a relatively quiet stay despite us being on 2nd floor.
The breakfast was amazing. The hot food changed every day and the lemongrass tea! (I’m inspired to make it on my own).
The staff from every step from the lobby to luggage assistance to the breakfast to the wonderful cleaning ladies are all angels and super helpful. I appreciate the treatment we received in my first trip to Vietnam and hope to be back soon.

Great location walking distance to all locations in Hanoi old quarter. They upgraded my room and got with a balcony. Very big room. Special and big thanks to Ms. Anna for her excellent service, and she is ready to help with anything you need.
