"The staff does not speak English at all. Make sure you have a translator on your phone. The internet speed is unacceptable (unusable). Also, you have to have a local cell phone number in order to log in on the internet. This is crazy for international guests staying at the hotel. The breakfast fair to poor. "The hotel is showing it’s age. The carpet is old and dirty. The bed is as hard as a board. Breakfast had set menu where you pick from A to D everyday. It wasn’t quite good. The breakfast room was not very appealing. I was there during the virus outbreak where I had to be evacuated to one of their sister hotel since this hotel was very close to the train station. The sister hotel was way better although I only spent 1 night. I would recommend staying near the city center."

Great location near many good restaurants and a shopping mall. Bus to Harbin airport and local metro are both walkable, but not short walks, some local buses right there though. "

"Very good location that offers plenty of shopping, dining options. The hotel and the rooms are luxurious and the service is great. One of the downside was that non-smoking floors still smells like cigarette with ash treys at the elevator hall.
