"Stayed for one night only. Overall good. Very helpful and polite staff on reception. Rooms are huge. One thing to improve is that to provide bathroom supplies like shampoo, body wash, toothpaste etc., Overall 4.5/5."

"The food was great and reasonably priced! Our room was very cool, restored well with all original antique fixtures etc and clean with a very cozy bed. The ability to open two portal windows over the water brought in a welcome evening breeze and gorgeous views of Long Beach skyline and moon light… with all the seagulls and pelicans flying past our windows! What an experience! The tour guides on the ship were fabulous and the self guided tour’s awesome. What started as a way to burn two days prior to our Panama Canal Celebrity Cruise , became a trip highlight. The special boat the Queen Mary was , during its Glory days, the fastest ocean liner, changed travel , and the 2nd World War effort in immeasurable ways! Thank you Long Beach for keeping her alive and out of the scrap yard!"

"The hotel was really clean. Shower really nice staff. Really really nice if they can improve on anything I would say their beds. The beds were a little uncomfortable for me but everything in the hotel was super super nice. Super clean"

"The overall state was nice however, it was a bit stressful we got there around 5pm and there weren’t rooms ready so we didn’t get into a room until closer to 7:00pm.. they did however accommodate us with free drink coupons and free cookies… once we got in our rooms this day was very nice thank you"

"We stayed at the hotel for a week and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel had great amenities, the room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was generally very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we did have one concerning experience on Wednesday, September 30th. After our room was serviced that day, we noticed that one personal item was missing. The item itself was insignificant in value, which honestly makes it even harder to understand why someone would take it. However, it was still our personal property, and having something disappear from our room after housekeeping serviced it was disappointing and concerning. I would also like to recognize the other housekeeper who cleaned our room on Sunday, September 27th, and Friday, October 2nd. She was terrific—our room was always very clean and well taken care of. Overall, we enjoyed our week-long stay, the amenities, and the comfort of the hotel. However, the incident involving our personal belongings is something management should take seriously, as guests should feel that their personal items are safe in their rooms."
