"The room was clean and bed comfortable, the pillows however were terrible and the air conditioning sounded like a jet engine we ended up turning it off. The restaurant and bar are a gem, nice food and drinks with a nice view. Close to cruise port with a complimentary shuttle."

"The smell in the room was horrible no matter what you did to take it way it was gross the air conditioning didn’t help opening the windows didn’t help the homelessness sleeping on the property by parked cars with bad, the water pressure in the shower none! The bed sheets dirty. Then the power was upset at how much I paid saying I paid to low!!!"

"The property is in a great location for a fun stay in downtown Long Beach. You can walk to nearby restaurants, shopping, and other venues. The rooftop pool is very nice. The only downside was you do have to self-park in a nearby parking structure and walk back to the hotel."
