"Sonder is incredible value given its location and amenities. Centered just a few blocks from downtown Long Beach, Sonder includes fine dining helmed by a Michelin-star chef, lots of attractive outdoor seating, great room amenities -- very comfortable bed, lots of coffee pods, plenty of towels -- all for a price that makes it one of the cheapest hotels in the area! The staff was so welcoming and friendly. They remember you and always wish you a good day. I stayed here for the first time for 8 days between May and June, and I was so impressed. I will definitely be coming back when I return to Long Beach in September."

"This property is extremely convenient if you are taking a Carnival Cruise. The port is right next to the Queen Mary. The ship is amazing to take a tour on or do a self guided tour to see the various parts of the ship and the history. Service and food excellent in the restaurant. "
