"The communication with Avantstay was terrible. They didn’t send the access code until we got there and had to call them, which was a very long wait with the answering machine. The access is terrible. We carried large luggage because of the ski gear, and we had to carry them around for more than two blocks, and then there was no elevator. "Had dirty sheets on the king bed. Dog hair on bed spread. Lots of hair on bathroom floor. A acrylic nail was also found in a bed on the sheets. Floors was very dirty our socks was black. Lots of cobwebs. It needed just a really good spring cleaning. We had to request for sheet for the twin beds. No sheets was there. I did complain but they just said sorry. Wished I would’ve taken some photos. I didn’t think about it until after the fact. "

"Very old cabin conveniently within 30 minutes of Yellowstone West gate. Advertisement was very misleading, stating that there was lake access and marina access nearby. There were none. Kabino third party management company charged several fees which made it not worth the price. Lots of rules and reminders about fines also included with their communication. Cabin is very old and surrounded by much newer cabins, perhaps this unit shouldnt be in a rotation on Expedia. We had asked for two...
