"Very basic clean motel. Room clean and comfortable. Not much for amenities, musty smell in room. Overall very good option if you are sleeping there."

"The staff lady gat checked us in with blue framed eye glasses was extremely rude and condescending to both our party and my friends family multiple times. Hotel did not have amenities that were offered onntge website. Staff was many times not helpful when questions were asked, being very dismissive. Kristina was great and gave some food credit for the negative experience. Was not impressed with the rest of the staff as they acted very bothered and rude when asked questions, especially the women at check in with the blue framed glasses who never wore a name Tag. Rooms were very dim with no overhead lighting, only lamps. Was “upgraded” to room wity fireworks display for inconvianance which did nothing as there were no fireworks on display. Was very upset that hotel offered no beach shuttle at all as stated on this website. Felt very misled "

"Clean room very close to Disneyland. Shuttle helped a lot to come and go. Very magical for kids. Their restaurant food was very good. Everyone very friendly. Only bad thing we stayed in a room that faced the freeway so it was kind of noisy at night. We will for sure stay here again but will ask for a room facing the garden. "
