"Adorable lobby. Rooms are adequately sized but lack details. Bad design in bathrooms, few towels, prison style sinks, could do so much with little $$ cost but disappointing overall. Elevators were tricky working only half the times. But FANTASTIC location! Great NYC views and SUPER CUTE cafe adjacent to the lobby. Not a bad place for the price just not the greatest rooms. It’s NYC and an older building but small details were overlooked that could have made it 5 Star worthy!"

"Needs improvement on property. Missing elevator pad. Our room chair looked like from garage sale (Torn). Lights by bed 1 worked for light but could not plug in phone or devices to charge. Other lamp didn't work at all. Rug on our floor to elevator had tape holding rug down. Should have some kind of map of hotel. Not what I expected for a Sheraton."

"This place is so clean and the staff is super friendly. This is was my second time staying here and it’s in a super convenient location by the train station and the price is very affordable and reasonable. I highly recommend this place for someone who is on a budget or the first time in New York. "

"Only 1 outlet worked. Luckily my laptop cord reached the bed all the way from the bathroom. The safe is literally level with the floor. Not usable when you’re in town for back surgery. The computer in the lobby for printing didn’t work. One of the elevators was usually out of service which meant long lines. Not sure that I will return."
