Another fantastic stay!!!
Stayed here more times than we can remember. Every time, fantastic, such pleasant and helpful staff. bar area amazing, cosy, great drinks. Room lovely, warm, extremely clean, well equipped, such a comfortable night sleep as it is so quiet. Great location. And the breakfast, superb or what. Cheers guys..

The best hotel in Harlow. Rooms are very clean , the reception very nice and breakfast very delicious.

It was a lovely place to stay at no problems lovely staff all the time, polite friendly member of staff who first dealt with me and my partner when we checked in went through everything and explained everything really well, this hotel is the best I have stayed at by far never dealt with such a polite member of staff when I first enter like we did with this hotel

There wasn't anything to dislike. Very pleasing surroundings, very clean, room had everything i needed. Bed was very comfortable and extremely clean.. just couldn't fault anything.. staff helpful and polite and very accommodating at breakfast which had a great selection..5*

Well, as always a pleasant stay. From entering and checking in to leaving and checking out, amazing. Room so clean and cosy. ALL staff so friendly. Great location. Cannot recommend this hotel whatsoever. End of the day it is a (superb) room. Staff make it. Like worker ants, cleaning, serving, topping up. We will be back!!!

Everything was super for a weekend at the Hotel, unfortunately they roll up the sidewalks and streets at 18:00 hrs and nothing is open after that....... I mean the hot spot in town is the bar at the hotel......
