"We pull up to a motel that was once a Flamingos and now has a tarp over the original sign with the new Ramada name on it. The whole place was sketchy, we left the same night we checked in. We did not use the so called water park and are now being charged an added fee of $165 PER DAY. We left and let the front desk know we where checking out that same night. We have contacted Expedia which have been no help. I would steer clear from this place!"

"It was a nice property. Clean. Staff nice. Did not use gym or pool. The room however was dark. The shower was in need of deep clean in corners. Breakfast was very good. Not enough handicap parking and should be rolled into the price of the room. "

"Room was clean however, for a non-smoking room it smelled smokey, Also, there was a clothes rack without the rack (pole) to hang clothes. Ice machine broken, no attempt to compensate. Had a lobby, but was close. Had to check in from outside under the rain with just a small canopy to cover you (not suitable)."

"Room was kinda gross, the blinds were broken and the TV barely worked. Shower was pretty dirty too. Huge stain on the chair and rug was nasty. "

"The staff was lovely. The room was very clean. I was happy the entire time. I stayed for six nights. This is a great place to stay if you are on a low budget. I did feel safe. I am a single woman traveling alone. It is set back off road but the area is a good area. If you are heading to Walmart, go to the one in Saint Clair."

"We've stayed at this hotel several times in the past. It's always a good experience. We love all the amenities to include the gym and pool in the hotel, as well as the access to the Lake Nona Performance Center. Everything you need is close by to include restaurants and bars. The ones in the hotel are great. We enjoyed the staff as they were professional and friendly. Some standouts during our stay at the lobby bar were Anna and Ramses. Bobby at the upstairs bar and restaurant was always great too. The front desk staff were top notch and friendly. Shout out to Raven who helped us settle in. Friendly and top notch friendly. Thank you to every staff member we encountered. The valets were always friendly and greeted us. The self parking garage nearby is nice and convenient. They don't charge you for that as well. Plenty of bikes/ scooters and shuttles to get you around. Nice bike and walking paths in the area if you enjoy that as well. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby if you like to venture out. We try to get here at least once or twice per year. The area is beautiful and the people are very friendly. Had a great time as always."
