"Everything was excellent except for the beds in the mini suite room 129"

"For someone who travels a lot, this property scores low for me. The room was poorly cleaned. Upon arrival, the floors in the room were sticky, the towels had hair on them ( long hair, short hair, just gross) and the bed sheets that should have be fresh linen, had black lent between the sheets. The ceiling and floors gave signs of water damage as well. While the location was great, the property needs better care. It kooks and feels dated. Definitely would past on another stay at this hotel. "

"Front desk staff was quick and friendly. Plenty if parking Room was clean but the atmosphere was weird. It's hard to explain. It was very muggy, warm and humid even after we turned the air up! Breakfast wasn't good. Juice machine broken with no replacement option. 3 hot options: waffles (you make on your own), sausage patties and egg rounds. Everything else was items like yogurt, cereal, etc. Pool not clean"

"Rooms are big with a bedroom separate from the sitting living room which is really nice. Breakfast with the omelette station included is wonderful. There is a ruth chris in the hotel which we love to eat at. I think the convenience store should have more selections. Front desk staff was so nice. Parking attendants were so nice and friendly. No complaints at all. We will be back. Rooms clean. The tub should be switched out room 525."

"It took forever for the room to cool down. The bathroom ceiling had mold on it. The toilet paper holder was broke."

"Breakfast was probably the worst one of all of our stays. Extremely limited choices with no meat and only boiled eggs. Although, this was a good property the terrible breakfast choices will definitely influence me not to book here again."

"This property was good— for a La Quinta. But for it to be rated by others as “9 Stars— Wonderful!” is a disservice. I expected/hoped to be surprised by a uniquely great experience, but wasn’t."

"Horrible checkin process….some problem with housekeeping, but no one was able to be checked in at 4…..huge pile up of ppl trying to get to a concert…..very frustrating plus no manager to assist….."
