Our clothes bar fell off the wall and no one ever came to try to fix it so it was very inconvenient. No luggage rack either. We will not stay there again and its a shame because it was located where we needed to be."

"Staff checking us in had a demeanor that she wanted to be somewhere else. When I notified her that the women’s bathroom was out of toilet paper she shrugged it off with no acknowledgement of received the information. The tile floor throughout the lobby to the elevator and in the elevator was filthy and shows stuck to it. Breakfast was good in the morning and I believe we interrupted the staff coming in to eat the leftovers during break despite a half hour left for guests as they all scattered when we arrived. Our room was clean, comfortable and had enough towels for two which was greatly appreciated despite the first impression we received."
