We had a suite which was miles from reception up and down stairs plus the signage was poor and confusing. Reception had a care less attitude when I overheard another guest explaining their issue. We couldn't stay in the room and had to leave immediately. It was dirty with a smelly bed, crumbles on the floor and inside the wardrobe. Our keys weren't in the lockbox some resident had it.
