"The outside looks run down but the inside lobby and room was decently clean for the price. I specifically looked for a hotel with a pool, however, when checking in I was told the pool wasn’t accessible. This was disappointing and I wish this was listed on hotels.com prior to me booking. We also were locked out of our room before 11am which is check out. When I went to the front desk to see what happened, he said my phone deactivated the key card. I didn’t have my phone with me, it was in the room so…..?"
