Excellent location for getting to quay fir boat and ferry trips and within walking distance of Waitangi Treaty Grounds. (Although the steep walk back up hill after a day out is quite tough...but view was worth it). "

    "The resort was lovely, but rooms are not soundproof and neighbours talked loud in the middle of the night. Restaurant for dinner was empty and food was not good. Strange because their breakfast was good in the mornings."
