"Excellent service. Every interaction with the staff was enjoyable. I especially liked the quiet, clean room. The location is perfect for a small conference. Everything was easily laid out. I also liked the location of the hotel. It's conveniently located - Sazarec House is right across the street, and it's a 10-minute walk to the WWII Museum, Cafe Du Monde, and Jackson Square. The concierge helped arrange a cemetery and ghost tour, and with some other tips. "

"Staff genuinely loved their jobs and made you feel like you belonged there!!! I even forgot they were part of a hotel chain!! From the services we received: Valet parking, Reception, Security, Bar/Pool services, Dining - ALL were excellent, very friendly!!! There were services we didn't use, were not there long enough. We highly recommend!!"
