"Really nice hotel to stay in for a few days and explore Freiburg Steps away from the main rail station"

"if you want a youth hostel experience at hotel prices this is the place. The rooms are tiny and poorly ventilated, so must be very hot in high summer. The toilets and showers are shared in classic hostel style. I expect the hotel thinks the décor is quirky. The staff are friendly, but nothing can help this. Next time I'll stay in the Premier Inn!"
