"Room was dirty, hair in the bed where the sheets weren’t changed. Stayed 9 days total with no room service. Complained 2 different days and still came. Then deactivated room key at 9 am on the checkout date. Couldn’t access room because I went to do laundry. No one works the front desk until 10. This place is not available 24/7 "

"This is our fav hotel when we go to east lansing. Clean, comfortable bed, well maintain, easy parking. Good breakfast esp the coffee!"

"Some staffs was great but some was not helpfull. My room was accidentally cleared during my stay so I had to contact the staff to get my stuff back. At the end, I got my stuff back but the used clothes got mixed up with the clean one. I need to wash them but the staff didn't try helping (the washing machines only receive ¢25) so I couldn't wash them."

"The reviews for this hotel is spot on. If you're looking for a place that is directly off the freeway, basic complimentary breakfast, decent sleep, and a hot shower, this place is for you. Do not book this hotel, if you're looking for a Marriott/Hilton style hotel. You will be disappointed."
