"Service was great "

"Asked for housekeeping and they brought towels, took out the trash and didn’t make up the beds. Light in bathroom burnt out."

"The bed was so uncomfortable. Our room was dirty. Crumbs on the furniture, food behind the doors. The pull out couch that we didn't book but had to take was super uncomfortable for our two kids and that had trash folded up in it."
