"My stay (booked 5 months earlier) was cancelled the morning of my arrival at Bremen (for an exhibition) by NUMA…even if I had double checked again 2 days earlier of my arrival (directly with NUMA CS) my booking with NUMA confirmation ref!!!. They told me « sorry, call Expedia for support » Scandalous situation when all city is fully booked for the exhibition. "As a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children 4+7) we spent 5 days here whilst enjoying the sights of Bremen. We had a maisonettes apartment but there are different types. It was well equipped, fabulous bed, cooker, fridge, kettle, coffee machine. Towels provided which was a huge help. Functional shower and toilet room. The lounge area is tiny and tv had no English channels, but we managed and watched a bit through the IPad. Location is about 15 mins from the town hall and main shops restaurants etc....

"5 mins walk from station, not the best area but still felt safe and street seemed quiet (I was facing the rear) Hotel clean, room simple but had everything I needed, bed comfortable. Breakfast tasty fresh and plentiful and a reasonable choice. Everything topped up regularly by the staff. Reception staff deserve special mention for 2 occasions. Firstly, I arrived approx. 10.30 and was hoping to store luggage until check in but room was ready! This was very welcoming. Just advised to put do not disturb sign out. Second was that I requested an extra pillow when going out and this was there when I returned - small things make the difference. For the price, the hotel is very good value, I would definitely book again if returning "
