"For starters, they have no parking, at all. Had to park in a dirt lot on another street, for 50 bhat a day. Stairs are so steep they are practically a ladder. The desk is barely manned. Their idea of service is leaving a case of water on the bottom steep do you can grab a bottle and carry it up yourself. There is no noise insulation, bar next door is very loud and stays open late. "This hotel is beautiful. The staff is so friendly they made me feel like I’m the only guest even though it is a large hotel. The restaurants have delicious food. The housekeeper took really good care of my room. Special mention to Kaning at Sky 32 her kindness and hospitality will always be treasured! As well as Max and the lady that checked me in and the concierge and Minions and the door staff. I’m sorry I don’t know all the names. Pro tip: even though the mall doesn’t open until 11am if you go around the side to gate 5 Foodland and Took Lae Dee restaurant are open 24/7."

"My stay at the OZO Hotel in North Pattaya is always FANTASTIC! A great location in Pattaya and a very nice clean hotel. The gym and swimming pool facilities are very good as well. Having Terminal 21 Shopping Center a very short walk away is a big convenience with all its retail stores, restaurants, dessert options and grocery store. This was my 5th stay in the past 14 months at this hotel because of all the OZO Hotel offers guests. The entire staff is very helpful, courteous and friendly. The housekeeping staff is very hardworking and pleasant. I was very fortunate to have a housekeeper most of my 4 week stay named Srinuan who was always very attentive and made sure I had all I needed from housekeeping. The entire housekeeping staff is EXCELLENT. I will not stay anywhere else in Pattaya and I highly recommend the OZO Hotel. My only preference that OZO Hotel does not have is Netflix on their TV service for those stay in evenings in Pattaya."
