Not too bad, very stragic location

The hotel located near to Lee plaza and lots of shopping areas. Hotel room provides safebox and free wifi which is good, however the room is dated and attention to the room cleanliness is required. 7-11 is just opposite the hotel and tuk tuk avail outside.

The hotel is located in a very centralised location and walking distance to many food and shopping amenities. However, the hotel (old wing) needs to be upgraded. Toilet very run down and looks dirty. Entire room needs to be upgraded.

Check-in was ok but I think the front desk lady could have made us feel a little bit welcome...after all we're hotel guests are we not? Room was both clean and comfortable. Room amenities and toiletries were adequate. Air conditioning was very good....enjoyed our sleep. Water pressure was very good...enjoyed the showers. Location of hotel was very good. Great noodle shop opposite the hotel (New Wing)....as you come down the staircase it's opposite towards the left side. Housekeeping was efficient and concierge was helpful. But I think we would try another establishment if we swing by Hatyai again.
