"Room was clean but noisy with being next to storage unit. Staff in and out all hours made it hard to sleep. Other than that conveniently located to things in the area."

"I booked my room for the wrong date. Totally my fault. When I arrived at the hotel and discovered my mistake, the staff had no interest in trying to help me. I asked if I could get a room and pay for it and they told me I couldn’t do it in person but had to go online. Next I was told the elevators were not working. So even if I had not made a mistake, they couldn’t accommodate me. I went next door and walked in and got a room and had a good experience. I won’t go back - NEVER AGAIN"
