"Clean , friendly staff, convenient"

"The check in staff was quite rude - she made us wait another half an hour to check in without a proper explanation. Staff should be taught customer service as it is the guests that keep them in business. The apartment room had all the basic amenities, cookware, utensils and plenty of storage. The neighbourhood is quite pleasant. I loved the fact that it had co working spaces downstairs and a laundry facility on the ground floor. There is a nice eating area with restaurants and bars behind the...

"Great place for families. Best place is the location, next to great places and subway."

"Great stay!"

"First of all it should be pointed out that the flat is in a senior citizens home. Slightly strange but unless you keep very strange hours then it's not a problem. The building is quiet and the parking is covered by CCTV. I|t's close to one of the major roads out of the city so if you have a car it's not a problem. Apartment is lovely and airy (no aircon). Close to the tram stop that takes you into Bordeaux central and a Careforre City is close by. Kitchen is a little sparse for a major...

"Basic but good price and convenient for airport stopovers"

"Ourroom was amazing and so convenient. It had all the amenities you would ever want plus, plenty of size. Can’t wait to stay here again."

"Good value, very helpful staff, free parking"

"Great location close to the conference centre. It’s a no frills, apartment hotel room that is clean and quiet. Room has no air conditioning but was ok for autumn. The reception and staff were friendly"

"Everything was perfect : staff location room breakfast neighborhood Thx"

"Had a nice stay at the hotel. Fo the price it did the job. Friendly staff, clean rooms, just no AC during the heat made difficult to sleep but that’s not the hotel’s fault."

"All is perfect ! Good hotel"

"Decent place for a decent price. Just at the edge of the city center with good public transport nearby."

"Good experience, would use these again if I was staying in Bordeaux again. "

"Great location- close to motorway and several restaurant options within walking distance. Fridge in the room was a good bonus."

"Excellent location, friendly staff, good breakfast, and I certainly would stay there again"

"Spacious, quiet, well equipped kitchen."

"Very clean and comfortable apartment. Very convenient location. Air conditioning working very good. Really enjoyed my stay."

"Really great location near the tram stop which goes to the airport and into the city. The kitchen area is really helpful if you want to make anything to eat in your room. Staff friendly and helpful with any concerns. Was able to leave luggage in the hotel after check out. Would visit again for a short stay in Bordeaux:) the definitely only thing that we were missing was short of towels. A longer mirror would be nice in the room and if allowed a toaster!"
