"Our stay was good with some hip hops we have to ask for tp and towels after room service was completed, the employe forgot to leave clean towels,toilet paper and body soap, other than that front desk was very accessible."

"The salt water pool and the gym are excellent. Also - happy hour at the Signature Restaurant is a great value, oustanding bartender, food, and a piano man! Pint & Jiggers is also great meal, drinks and service. Parking on the weekend is awful."

"This was our 3rd time staying at the Hyatt Regency. We unfortunately went at the time LaLa decided to roll through. It wasn’t too bad, just some wind and rain for Saturday night and into Sunday. By Monday it was back to normal. The staff handled the situation flawlessly even with some calling out due to the storm. If there was one complaint it would be the elevator wait time down in the lobby. But honestly it’s not too bad. Who can complain when you’re in Hawaii anyways! This place will always be recommended. Perfect location, walking distance to everything."

"Perfect location! So many shops and dining options just downstairs from your room! We loved the beach and lagoon areas. The swimming pools looked amazing (but crowded). My only complaint is that the beach rental employees were kind of rude. Also, like many people say: keep all of your receipts and check your final invoice for unauthorized charges to your room. Overall, I would love to stay here again and would recommend!!"
