Dogs were seemingly allowed to bark in the park. While parking our car around the back to unload gear, we were told by security to move it, yet our nieghbours car was parked there overnight. Please don't pick and choose rules - be consistent.

The Holiday Park is in a beautiful location, at Jimmys Beach, a long sandy beach with a beautiful view across the Nelson Bay town. Clean luxury tent with all the facilities that we needed, including Air Conditioning and TV.

We stayed in the Glamping section which is probab;y better than the cabins. They have an ensuite and are very comfortable. A great midweek getaway for us.

Glamping
We had a great time glamping at Jimmys Beach at Hawks Nest NSW . The tent was roomy , everything was clean, the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of bedding ,eg blankets etc so we were nice and warm . Well equipped......,heater ,plates ,mugs ,dish detergent ,tea towels ,bath towels etc . We just walked in and made ourselves at home . Loved the fact the tent had its own ensuite bathroom ! Would happily go glamping again !

Jimmy's Beach Caravan Park
Wonderful location, wildlife & an abundance of birds. We did 50km of riding in the surrounding area, great beaches & fishing. Cant wait to go back.
