"Clean room, close to a lot, airport transportation "

"Hotel is very nice but they need new couches in the rooms. The couch almost broke my husbands back when he sat down. They are too stiff and are like sitting on bricks."

"High quality staff! Very helpful and quick check in. Lots to do in the area and many Restaurants. Renovations were under way while I was there but of no consequence to guests. Should be even better in a couple months when they are finished."

"One major dislike was that we had to pay for parking and another was the lack of chairs in the pool area. That being said the pool was warm and enjoyable! One thing I really liked was the environment, it was fancy but not too fancy that I felt like me and my family with young children were out of place. The staff and other guests were all so kind. The elevator was a huge hit with our youngins! We don't visit KC often, but if we do we will definitely be staying here again!!"
