We were in Leavenworth for a family funeral and needed to make last minute reservations for the Columbia, Missouri, location of Hampton Inn. The Leavenworth Hampton Inn desk manager, Jordan, was instrumental in helping my family make those reservations. We are grateful to him for what I feel went above and beyond!

I stay at this facility 4-5 times per year. Each time I check in it is always with a smiling and cheerful “hello, welcome back”! Lisa is the perfect example of “hospitality”. She greets you like you were an old friend! She goes above and beyond to answer questions, make recommendations for great places to eat and makes sure that all of your wants and needs are met with a follow up text before you turn in. Every employee that I encounter have been pleasant, professional and represent your brand as being “exceptional.” The rooms are immaculately clean and the beds so nice and comfortable it is like a “hug goodnight” before you turn in for the night. Could not ask for a better experience.
